The villa consists of four mezzanine levels with a large, double hight living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining space with access to the terrace on the top floor. From the terrace you have 180° views and sun throughout the day. On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a beautifully tiled bathroom with shower and original renovated interior.

On the lower floor you have access to a fully functional laundry room, storage space, workshop, food cellar and a second bathroom. The generous carport provides sheltered entry on grey days.

The vast glass panes open the living spaces and allow for long views towards the surrounding mountains, farmland and sea. The perfect place to enjoy a good book, or sit out the storm in front of the fireplace.

The kitchen is fully fitted to meet all your cooking needs, including stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,  crockery and appliances. The dining table can comfortably fit a party of ten, or give room for all your rainy day projects.

There is direct access to the terrace and garden from the dining area. The terrace has and outdoor dining area and a bathtub with hot and cold water.

The upper two floors are brand new with clean, white walls and solid Scandinavian pine wood flooring. The lower two levels bear witness of the old barn where the raw concrete has been kept just as it was. Most of the furniture is custom made, old inheritance and remnants from times past.

Life at Solheim is kept small in a great environment.

Wake to bird song, the pitter patter of rain on the windowsill, a warm shower, to soft linen and a crackling fire. Have a morning dip in the sea. Chop wood, feast on a handfuls of wild strawberries, or watch the sheep graze in silence.
